In the last three floors of the Tower of Frozen Waves event in Ovenbreak, the background shows Sea Fairy Cookie frozen while she reaches for the moon. In her Kingdom gacha draw animation, she is shown to be reaching towards the moon when the ice encasing her breaks and she is revived. Despite them never mentioning Moonlight directly, many of them reference her missing someone or recalling something in her past: presumably Moonlight, since she is an integral part of Sea Fairy's story. Her quotes in the original Korean version of the Cookie Run games are much more focused on love towards someone else, while in English they are more reminiscent of fate. Sea Fairy is often portrayed through canon material (voicelines, official arts, etcetera) to have a strong desire for reaching/loving the moon. Sea Fairy has been yearning to see Moonlight again since that day though the two have been featured together in comics commissioned by DEVSISTERS, those stories are not canon, and there is no indication that they ever met again after that day. ![]() Sea Fairy had been cursed to turn into sea foam were she to ever release her sword, and was suffering greatly because of this-however, meeting Moonlight "saved" her from her pain, though it's unclear as to how. Sea Fairy and Moonlight once met in the distant past.
